Recently refreshed with new carpets, a modernised kitchen, and updated bathroom vanity, Sunset Waters 12 is designed for a relaxing and affordable island stay. As you walk through the front door, you’re greeted with direct views out to the sparkling blue waters of the Whitsunday Passage. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space flows naturally out to your private deck—complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for tropical dinners under the palms.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, built-in robe, and those same stunning water views and fresh sea breeze. The second bedroom offers a king and single bed plus a trundle—perfect for children or extra guests.

Your stay includes all the essentials:
