Sunset Waters 16 offers a stunning 2-storey, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that is fully air-conditioned and self-contained. It's an excellent value for those seeking a peaceful island retreat to call their holiday home.

The kitchen features an open-plan design that flows into the dining and lounge areas, leading to a private outdoor area equipped with a BBQ. You can relax with an ocean breeze amongst the palm trees.
The master bedroom is upstairs and offers similar views and includes a king bed and built-in robe. The second bedroom offers a queen bed plus a single. For a small child the 6th guest has a foam fold out on request. 

For your convenience, a washing machine is provided and all linen, as well as beach and bath towels, are included. A complimentary golf buggy is provided for your use, allowing easy exploration of the island with it's many pools and activities to enjoy.

Family friendly a portacot, high chair, and car seat are available for a small additional charge. Please note that all children under 4 years old must travel in a car seat when using the golf buggy.
