Information collected on this site is used by HamoRent, it's staff and it's technical service providers to deliver our accommodation services to you and is only used for that purpose. It is not shared with other 3rd parties except as described here.
Bookings are facilitated through genkan.com.au and as such booking information is necessarily captured and shared with this booking engine.
Payment information such as your credit card details are retained for a period of up to 2 months for the purpose of facilitating refunds if required and then destroyed.
