Self Check-in
Thank you for considering our contactless self-check-in option.
If you have:
- Minimal bags
- 4 or less guests coming to stay
- Will be confident driving the golf buggy after following written and video instructions
- Be able to photograph and email us arrival forms once on island
- And can read a map
You could choose to self-check- in.
When you arrive – to Hamilton Island Airport – You would simply head to the luggage collection carousel and collect your bags. From there, you can head to the car park to locate your buggy. You will find the keys for your buggy and holiday home in the glove box.
When you arrive via Ferry to Hamilton Island Marina – The staff would direct you to your bags and you can then make your way to the car park opposite the Cruise Whitsunday terminal where you will find your buggy. You will find the keys for your buggy and holiday home in the glove box.
If you do choose self-check-in, emails with more information will be sent to you during the booking process.
